But when Lucy was born in March 2019, it seemed like nothing good was going to come of it. The fact is that the kitten had been diagnosed with hydrocephalus, which left almost no chance for a happy life.
When Izzy found out about Lucy, she immediately realized that no one would take this little girl into their home, except for her. So the girl decided to become the kitty’s owner, taking responsibility for her health.
